Sports Circuits

Along the seafront promenade, you’ll find a 6 km functional training circuit, with exercise stations located every 500 metres where you can work out using your own body weight. Simply scan the QR codes at each station with your phone to access the different exercises.

And if orienteering is more your thing, Torremolinos offers four different courses, marked with QR codes and available through the free iOrienteering app, allowing you to explore different areas of the city.

Beach Sports

Come to the sea and get ready to enjoy yourself. Hop on a windsurf board, paddle along the coast in a kayak, or try rowing in a jábega, immersing yourself in the area’s history and traditions during your stay. With more than 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature of around 20°C, Torremolinos offers a wide range of opportunities to enjoy water sports.
